The Lady Mustangs took 3rd place out of 22 teams at the Birch Run Fall Invite yesterday. Medalists for Clio were Aubrey Keeler, Alexandria Brown, Sarah Olszewski, Hannah Birchmeier, and Brenna Burger. Running their best times of the season were Birchmeier, Burger, and Ashleigh Montle. We also seen the running debut of Alba de Urioste from Spain. Great Job Ladies and good luck at the Greater Flint Championships this Saturday!

The girls moved up a spot in the standings by beating Holly at the FML Jamboree #2. Leading the Lady Stangs was Aubrey Keeler, Alexandria Brown, Sarah Olszewski, Hannah Birchmeier, and Addison Phillips.Brenna Burger and Ashleigh Montle finished up the Varsity Runners. Running their best times of the year were Brenna Burger, Hannah Birchmeier, and Mikayla Nelson. Great job ladies!

At the Al Kayner Delta Invite the Lady Stangs turned in a solid performance. Medalists for Clio were Aubrey Keeler, and Alexandria Brown. Every single Lady Stang ran their personal best time ever in a 2 mile race. Outstanding job ladies!
There was an incident in the middle school race where a young lady was run over by a deer. It fractured her collar bone, but other than that she is doing well.

The Lady Stangs ran a fantastic race to win the Chesaning Invite. Medalists for Clio were Aubrey Keeler, Alexandria Brown, Sarah Olszewski, Hannah Birchmeier, Addison Phillips, and Brenna Burger. Ashleigh Montle finished up the varsity runners with her best time of the season. Super job ladies!

The Lady Stangs won the Genesee Invite, beating their FML rival, Kearsley by almost 50 points. Leading the team was Alexandria Brown, Aubrey Keeler, Sarah Olszewski, Hannah Birchmeir, Addison Phillips. Brenna Burger, Ashleigh Montle, and Mikayla Nelson finished up the Clio runners.

The Lady Stangs finished in 9th place in the FML Jamboree #1 just two points behind Holly. Leading the team was Aubrey Keeler in 23rd place, and Alexandria Brown in 31st. Rounding out the list for Clio were Sarah Olszewski, Hannah Birchmeier, Addison Phillips, Ava Taylor, and Brenna Burger. Great effort ladies!

The Lady Mustangs took 6th place again in the Large School Division. Everyone that completed the race ran a seasonal best time. The weather was more agreeable being cooler. Medalists for Clio Alexandria Brown in 13th, Aubrey Keeler in 17th, and Sarah Olszewski in 38th. Great Job Ladies! Rounding out the scoring for Clio were Hannah Birchmeier in 45th, and Addison Phillips in 57th. Brenna Burger was 60th and Ashleigh Montle was 78th.
The ladies next meet will be the FML Jamboree #1 at Linden on Sept. 8th.

The Boys team ran at the Birch Run Earth Invitational on Thursday. Gabe Phillips won the 209 person race by 44 seconds. Jacob Olszewski, Michael Drayton, Tristan Neumann, Alex Schriner, and Diesel Johnson all made their cross country debuts. The entire team ran hard and ran well, and won the 22 team race. Great job everyone! Check out the meet results!
The Lady Mustangs finished in 6th place in the Large School division of the Birch Run Early Invite. Leading the ladies was Aubrey Keeler in 13th place. Alexandria Brown was the next Mustang to cross in 24th place. Sarah Olszewski in her high school debut took 42nd place overall to round out the medalists. Hannah Birchmeier came across in 70th, while Addison Phillips finished the scoring for Clio in 98th place. Ava Taylor was 128th, Brenna Burger was 139th, Ashleigh Montle was 176th, and Mikayla Nelson was 216th.
