Clio Athletics is proud to partner with Clio Athletic Boosters and Clio Urgent Care in hosting our Free Physical and Registration Event on August 4, 2021, from 3:00-7:00 pm. This event, held in the CHS Main Gym, will offer Clio students and their parent/guardian the opportunity to:

• Receive a 2021-2022 sports physical
  • Open to all K-12 Clio students
  • First 100 students will receive a free physical, courtesy of Clio Athletic Boosters
• Register for fall, winter, and/or spring sports
  • Open to all Clio students in grades 6-12
  • Stations available so that student and their parent/athlete can complete all required paperwork to participate in athletics (Athletic Handbook/Contract)
• Pay your athletic fee
  • Open to both MS and HS students
• Receive your tryout card
  • HS athletes only
  • Tryout cards will be available for students participating in the fall season if all eligibility criteria are met (see HERE for a detailed list of eligibility requirements)

In addition, Clio Urgent Care will also be offering COVID vaccines to interested students. To assist Clio Urgent Care in ensuring they will have enough vaccine available, we ask that you please complete the following form if you are interested in your child receiving the vaccine at the event: COVID Vaccine Interest Form
