Commitment
A family sacrifice to allow their children to commit to their program. Athletics does not, nor it should it be, your family’s first priority…..but it needs to be one of your family’s priorities.

Leadership 
Top down leadership is important but peer to peer leadership is just as vital or more important.  Coaches need to lead and hold other coaches accountable; students need to lead and hold other students accountable; parents need to lead and hold other Parents accountable. Coach coached teams are good, the best teams are player coached…..help to lead your group!

Integrity 
Doing the right thing because it's the right thing to do.  Doing the right thing regardless of how it benefits me personally.  Doing the right thing when it's the toughest thing to do.  Doing the right thing when nobody's watching.

ownership
The person most responsible for our success is us. We have to own our development individually and as a family.  Coaches are there to be a huge aid in that development but the onus starts with us.
