Clio hosted Owosso on Tuesday night and walked away victorious by the score of 6-2. Melody Cole (straight sets) and Emily Yax (3 sets) took home the wins at the singles flights, while the doubles swept all four matches. Overall, doubles teams lost 15 total games to 48 games won. 1 doubles Keli Saunders and Lilly Briggs won in three sets, dropping the first set and then rattling off 12 straight games to win the match. Hannah Crowder and Grace Polcik, playing at 5 doubles, defeated Owosso's 4 doubles team in an exhibition match 8-4.
The teams overall record now stands at 6-3-2, with a 4-1-1 mark in league play.
