Before tryouts began for the Fall 2024 season, we let you know that we would be transitioning to an online forms process. After an unanticipated delay, we are excited to share that Student Central, our new site for electronic registration for athletics, is now live! Parents/guardians and student-athletes will now need to complete the following:

1. Student-athletes will create their student account in Student Central and complete their part of the required athletic forms.
2. A parent/guardian will create a parent account in Student Central and link it to the student-athlete account. The parent/guardian can then complete their part of the required athletic forms.

Both the student and parent/guardian accounts will receive updates as forms are completed and approved. Because physicals were required as part of the tryout process, you DO NOT need to upload a copy of the student-athlete’s physical. Once the student account has been created, we will manually enter the physical date and approve it in Student Central.

To help you through the set-up process, we’ve created a step-by-step guide, with illustrations, for creating both the student and the parent/guardian accounts. You can find this guide linked to this announcement, as well as on our website under the Parent/Student menu. Please look for HS Athletic Registration and scroll down to find the link. You can also find information on paying the athletic fee, in person or online, in the same location. 

Please complete the account set-up, online forms, and athletic fee payment by Sunday, September 15, 2024. Coaches will be provided information for any student-athlete that has not completed the forms or owes the athletic fee on Monday, September 16. You will know the online forms are complete when you receive an email stating the athlete has been approved for athletic participation from Student Central.
